This transient was first noticed by Ine Theunissen on the Galaxy Zoo website here:
https://www.zooniverse.org/projects/zookeeper/galaxy-zoo/talk/1268/989034
. This transient is in the SDSS catalogue as SDSS J135624.37-001454.7 yet is not visible in later SDSS images from 2000, or DECaLS DR7 or Pan-STARRS DR1.
