Coordinates (J2000): RA = 13:56:24.374 (209.101556691) DEC = -00:14:54.80 (-0.248554348)
Discovery date: 1999-03-21 09:04:12 (JD=2451258.8779167)

Potential host galaxy: NGC 5366
Host redshift: 0.02975

Remarks: This transient was first noticed by Ine Theunissen on the Galaxy Zoo website here: https://www.zooniverse.org/projects/zookeeper/galaxy-zoo/talk/1268/989034. This transient is in the SDSS catalogue as SDSS J135624.37-001454.7 yet is not visible in later SDSS images from 2000, or DECaLS DR7 or Pan-STARRS DR1.
