Remarks: This transient was first observed by Ine Theunissen on the Galaxy Zoo website here: https://www.zooniverse.org/projects/zookeeper/galaxy-zoo/talk/1268/1196979. Melinda Thévenot also took part in the discussion. In the SDSS database, the transient is categorised as a star. However, in a later survey DECaLS, no star is visible.
