Discovery date: 2012-12-22 20:04:35.000 (JD=2456284.3365162)

Potential host galaxy: SDSS J131151.45-002120.4
Host redshift: 0.086164

Remarks: This transient was first noticed by Marco Kovic on the Galaxy Zoo website here: Christine Macmillan and CeciliaB also took part in the discussion. The transient was originally seen when using the DECaLS browser, but an earlier Pan-STARRS image was found.
