IAU Designation: AT 2013kf
Coordinates (J2000): RA = 01:56:18.744 (29.0781) DEC = +01:20:03.48 (1.3343)
Discovery date: 2013-12-06 06:22:35.000 (JD=2456632.7656829)

Potential host galaxy: IC 175

Remarks: The transient was first discovered by Ine Theunissen at the Galaxy Zoo website. Richard Nowell did take part in the discussion. See discussion here:
