Discovery date: 2014-11-17 21:07:12 (JD=2456979.38)

Potential host galaxy: MCG +9-13-2

Remarks: This supernova was discovered by the 0.6 m schmidt telescope at Xinglong Observatory during the Tsinghua-NAOC Transient Survey (TNTS). The transient is located 15" west and 5" south of the center of MCG +9-13-2
