Discovery date: 2015-03-30 09:18:23.000 (JD=2457111.8877662)

Potential host galaxy: SDSS J151947.95-020912.6
Host redshift: 0.0369243

Remarks: This transient was first noticed on the Galaxy Zoo website by Ine Theunissen-limpens here: . Also taking part in the discussion are: Richard Nowell, Alexander Jonkeren, CeciliaB and Elizabeth Siegel.
