Discovery date: 2015-03-28 06:20:21 (JD=2457109.7641319)

Potential host galaxy: SDSS J133550.20+003003.3
Host redshift: 0.062319

Remarks: This transient was first noticed by Ine Theunissen in a discussion started by Victoria Henderson (username RoseWater) on the Galaxy Zoo website here: Christine Macmillan also took part in the discussion.
