IAU Designation: AT 2015dg
Coordinates (J2000): RA = 11:54:14.088 (178.5587) DEC = +20:01:35.76 (20.0266)
Discovery date: 2015-03-29 04:16:19 (JD=2457110.6779977)

Potential host galaxy: KUG 1151+203
Host redshift: 0.020708

Remarks: This transient was first noticed by Ine Theunissen in a disussion started by Sylvia Beer (username Bluemagi) on the Galaxy Zoo website here:

Remarks: The z-band Apparent magnitude was taken from the DECaLS DR7 catalogue. A z-band Absolute magnitude of -14.97 was also calculated.
