Potential host galaxy: NGC 4083
Host redshift: 0.033416

Remarks: This possible supernova was discovered by the 0.6 m schmidt telescope at Xinglong Observatory during the Tsinghua-NAOC Transient Survey (TNTS). The transient is located 7" east and 7" north of the center of NGC 4083.
