Discovery date: 2016-04-22 14:27:06 (JD=2457501.1021528)

Potential host galaxy: KUG 0856+499
Host redshift: 0.05

Remarks: This possible supernova was discovered by the 0.6 m schmidt telescope at Xinglong Observatory during the Tsinghua-NAOC Transient Survey (TNTS). The transient is located 6" east and 5" north of the center of NGC 4083.
