Discovery date: 2016-06-10 14:32:57 (JD=2457550.1062153)

Potential host galaxy: SDSS J161914.64+402512.8

Remarks: This possible supernova was discovered by the 0.6 m schmidt telescope at Xinglong Observatory during the Tsinghua-NAOC Transient Survey (TNTS). The transient is located 1" east and 1" north of the center of SDSS J161914.64+402512.8
