The new object 18.4 Mag is located at A.R. = 21h04m55s.22, Decl. = +65:42:29.3, astrometry with respect to UCAC-4 stars which is 3.5 arcsec Est and 4.5 arcsec South of the centre of Galaxy PGC166705.
