Coordinates (J2000): RA = 23:26:00.960 (351.504) DEC = +25:47:07.40 (25.785389)
Discovery date: 2016-09-27 14:52:48.000 (JD=2457659.12)

Potential host galaxy: KUG 2323+255 NED02

Remarks: This possible supernova was discovered by the 0.6 m schmidt telescope at Xinglong Observatory during the Tsinghua-NAOC Transient Survey (TNTS). The transient is located 2" east and 1" north of the center of KUG 2323+255 NED02
