Discovery date: 2016-09-27 19:12:00 (JD=2457659.3)

Potential host galaxy: 2MASX J02510026+3956039

Remarks: This possible supernova was discovered by the 0.6 m schmidt telescope at Xinglong Observatory during the Tsinghua-NAOC Transient Survey (TNTS). The transient is located 0" west and 4" north of the center of 2MASX J02510026+3956039
