7032017-01-09 17:07:22jlprietoJ. L. Prieto, G. SimonianASAS-SNSN Ia0.041ASAS-SNWe obtained spectra (range 3960-6850 Angstroms) of AT2016iyx and AT2016iyy on UT 2017 Jan 8.3 with OSMOS mounted on the MDM 2.4m telescope at KPNO. The spectrum of AT2016iyx is that of a normal Type Ia a couple of weeks after maximum light. Nebular lines of Halpha, Hbeta and [O III] from its host galaxy give a redshift of z=0.0410.
