Potential host galaxy: SDSS J114928.25+015415.9
Host redshift: 0.137

Remarks: This transient was first noticed in a discussion started by Sylvia Beer (Bluemagi) on the Galaxy Zoo website here: Other participants are: Christine Macmillan (ChristineM) and Richard Nowell.
