Remarks: This transient was first discovered by Ine Theunissen on the Galaxy Zoo Mobile website here: https: https://www.zooniverse.org/projects/mikewalmsley/galaxy-zoo-mobile/talk/subjects/40279302. Richard Nowell also took part in the discussion.

Remarks: The z-band Apparent magnitude was calculated by Ine Theunissen using APT and reference star: SDSS J151833.09+000208.0 http://skyserver.sdss.org/dr14/en/tools/explore/Summary.aspx?id=1237648704597328272. The z-band Absolute magnitude of -16.82 was also calculated.
