Potential host galaxy: SDSS J113618.34+380706.8

Remarks: This possible supernova was discovered by the 1.04 m schmidt telescope at Xuyi Observatory during the PMO-Tsinghua Transient Survey (PTSS). The transient is located 0" east and 2" north of the center of SDSS J113618.34+380706.8.
