Remarks: R. Belligoli, Verona, Italy reports the discovery of an PNV by Raffaele Belligoli, Flavio Castellani, Claudio Marangoni and Fernando Marziali, in the course of the ISSP Italian Supernovae Search Project. The new object is located at RA 00 4238.12 DEC +41 14 10.7 (equinox 2000.0) Offset 66,3E 115S. Apparent magnitude about 18.3 R in host Galaxy M31

Remarks: The discovery image was taken by three frames 300-s obtained on 2017 2 18,7465 UT with a Moravian G4-9000 KAF CCD unfiltered (limiting magnitude = 18.5), from Monte Baldo Observatory (Ferrara di Monte Baldo, Verona, Italy), with 0.4m f.8 Ritchey-Chrétien telescope.
