Castellani, Verona, Italy reports the discovery of an PNV by Flavio Castellani, Raffaele Belligoli, Claudio Marangoni and Fernando Marziali, in the course of the ISSP Italian Supernovae Search Project. The new object is located at RA 09 55 36.18 DEC +69 06 21.0 (equinox 2000.0) Apparent magnitude 19.3 (Clear) in host Galaxy M81
