Remarks: R. Belligoli, Verona, Italy reports the discovery of an PNV by Flavio Castellani, and Raffaele Belligoli, Claudio Marangoni, Fernando Marziali, in the course of the ISSP Italian Supernovae Search Project. The new object is located at RA 09 56 31.36 DEC +69 07 29.4 (equinox 2000.0) Offset 312,8E 209.4N. Apparent magnitude about 19.3 R in host Galaxy NGC3031 (M81).

Remarks: The discovery image was taken by twenty-five frames 300-s obtained on 2017 02 25.82899 UT with a Moravian G4-9000 KAF CCD unfiltered (limiting magnitude = 20.5), from Monte Baldo Observatory (Ferrara di Monte Baldo, Verona, Italy), with 0.4m f.8 Ritchey-Chrétien telescope. Astrometrica value magnitudine 19.3 R
