Potential host galaxy: SDSS J142543.33+114411.0

Remarks: This possible supernova was discovered by the 1.04 m schmidt telescope at Xuyi Observatory during the PMO-Tsinghua Transient Survey (PTSS). The transient is located 1" west and 2" south of the center of SDSS J142543.33+114411.0
