Potential host galaxy: SDSS J142836.23+164104.6

Remarks: This possible supernova was discovered by the 1.04 m schmidt telescope at Xuyi Observatory during the PMO-Tsinghua Transient Survey (PTSS). The transient is located 1" west and 0" south of the center of SDSS J142836.23+164104.6
