Potential host galaxy: 2MASX J12575392+2829594
Host redshift: 0.024

Remarks: This possible supernova was discovered by the 0.6 m schmidt telescope at Xinglong Observatory during the Tsinghua-NAOC Transient Survey (TNTS). The transient is located 2" east and 2" south of the center of 2MASX J12575392+2829594
