Discovery date: 2017-10-14 08:09:36 (JD=2458040.84)

Potential host galaxy: KUG 0122+319
Host redshift: 0.035

Remarks: This possible supernova was discovered by the 0.6 m schmidt telescope at Xinglong Observatory during the Tsinghua-NAOC Transient Survey (TNTS). The transient is located 3" west and 2" north of the center of KUG 0122+319
