Conseil reports the discovery of a possible nova in M31 on 5 images taken with Slooh robotic telescope T2 (17" Corrected Dalh-Kirkham F/6.8, clear filter) on Nov 09th at 23h05 UTC. The transient is at mag 18.5 (UCAC4-V for ref). The Minor Planet Checker reports no asteroid known at this location at this time. The object is very close to AT2016jbx and might be a new outburst of this new recurrent nova
