Remarks: R. Belligoli, Verona, Italy reports the discovery of an PNV by Flavio Castellani, Raffaele Belligoli, Claudio Marangoni and Fernando Marziali, in the course of the ISSP Italian Supernovae Search Project. The new object is located at RA 00 43 29.46 DEC +41 17 13.7 (equinox 2000.0) Offset 512E 68N. Apparent magnitude about 16.8 R in host Galaxy NGC 224 (M31).

Remarks: The discovery image was taken by ten frames 300-s obtained on 2017 12 24.6842 UT with a Moravian G4-9000 KAF CCD unfiltered (limiting magnitude = 20.5), from Monte Baldo Observatory (Ferrara di Monte Baldo, Verona, Italy), with 0.4m f.8 Ritchey-Chrétien telescope.

Remarks: No stellar source is visible at the transient's position in our past images including reference image dated '2017-12-20T16:46:52' and '2017-12-22T17:27:39' The images was taken by ten frames 300-s (3000 total sec.) with a Moravian G4-9000 KAF CCD unfiltered (limiting magnitude = 20.5), from Monte Baldo Observatory (Ferrara di Monte Baldo, Verona, Italy), with 0.4m f.8 Ritchey-Chrétien telescope.
