Potential host galaxy: 2MASX J11410850+1020145
Host redshift: 0.118578

Remarks: This transient was first noticed by Ine Theunissen-limpens in a discussion on the Galaxy Zoo website here: Also taking part in the discussion were CeciliaB, Alexander Jonkeren and Richard Nowell.

Remarks: The r-band Apparent magnitude of 17.72 is taken from the DECaLS DR7 catalogue. An Absolute magnitude of -20.94 was also calculated.
