Potential host galaxy: IC 1113
Host redshift: 0.035635

Remarks: The transient was first discovered by Ine Theunissen on the galaxy zoo website. Number 3 in this discussion

Remarks: The Apparent Magnitude was calculated with APT and a reference star in Pan-STARRS (see also:,eq=J2000,rs=2&-out.orig=o). An Absolute Magnitude of -16.16 was also calculated.
