Potential host galaxy: WISEA J155600.37+241256.9
Host redshift: 0.283

Remarks: This transient was first observed by Christine Macmillan on the Galaxy Zoo website here: https://www.zooniverse.org/projects/zookeeper/galaxy-zoo/talk/1269/1203627?comment=2290713. Ine Theunissen also took part in the discussion.

Remarks: The r-band Apparent magnitude was calculated by Richard Nowell using APT and reference star: SDSS J155558.04+241231.9 http://skyserver.sdss.org/dr13/en/tools/explore/Summary.aspx?id=1237664853117174318. The r-band Absolute magnitude of -19.47 was also calculated.
