Remarks: Supernova was discovered by J. Vales at Crni Vrh Observatory on four unfiltered CCD images, taken on 2017 January 29.726-29.772 UT with the 60-cm f/3.3 Cichocki reflector in the course of the Comet and Asteroid Search Program (PIKA).
