Discovery date: 2018-04-06 18:06:12.000 (JD=2458215.2543056)

Potential host galaxy: 2MFGC 13255
Host redshift: 0.032402

Remarks: This possible supernova was discovered by the 0.6 m schmidt telescope at Xinglong Observatory during the Tsinghua-NAOC Transient Survey (TNTS). The transient is located 0" east and 2.4" south of the center of 2MFGC 13255
