Potential host galaxy: GALEXASC J140251.77-042509.3
Host redshift: 0.0466

Remarks: This supernova was discovered by the 1.04m Schmidt telescope at Xuyi Observatory during the PMO-Tsinghua Transient Survey(PTSS).
