Potential host galaxy: IC 1129

Remarks: Jaroslaw Grzegorzek, Szczecin, Poland, reports the discovery of a possible supernova (mag 16.9) on unfiltered images (limiting mag 19.0) taken by himself on 2018 05 05.060 with a 0.25-m f/3.3 reflector at his observatory L25 in the course of the supernova search project.
