IAU Designation: AT 2018dzv
Discoverer internal name: KSN2017N
Coordinates (J2000): RA = 08:45:04.000 (131.266667) DEC = +13:53:20.00 (13.888889)
Discovery date: 2018-06-26 00:00:00 (JD=2458295.5)

Potential host galaxy: SDSS J084503.62+135319.5
Host redshift: 0.159

Remarks: We report the discovery of a very fast-evolving transient in K2 C16, coincident with QSO EPIC 211553428. Additional PS1 detections confirm the source. If any additional observations of this object are available, please contact the authors on this report for possible collaboration.

Photometry

Discovery (first detection):
Discovery date: 2018-06-26 00:00:00
Flux: 19 ABMag
Filter: g-Sloan
Instrument: GPC1
