This is Jovan moon Himalia. ATLAS now has code to identify solar system satellites. Hopefully this will STOP reports of these being submitted. Please deprecate.

This is the Jovian satellite Himalia, predicted to be +15.3 mag, RA 14:41:51.03 DE -14:12:19.7 at the time.

The Jupiter is very close to the position at the discovery time.

Unconfirmed observations of AT 2018ebi on 2018-07-22.951 where R.A = 14:41:51.08, Dec: -14:12:20.15.
We didn't see anything in that position.
