Remarks: R. Belligoli, Verona, Italy reports the discovery of an PNV by Flavio Castellani, Raffaele Belligoli, Claudio Marangoni and Fernando Marziali, in the course of the ISSP Italian Supernovae Search Project. The new object is located at RA 00 42 50.74 DEC +41 15 46.1 (equinox 2000.0) Offset 76E 19S. Apparent magnitude about 19,1 R in host Galaxy NGC224 (M31).

Remarks: The PNV was clearly detected on '2018 07 31,08902' UT using using 10 x 300s frames (3000s total) obtained by a Moravian G4-9000 KAF unfiltered CCD with the 0.4m f.8 Ritchey-Chrétien telescope from Monte Baldo "A.Gelodi" Astronomic Observatory, località Novezzina, Ferrara di Monte Baldo, Verona, Italy. The discovery magnitude is 19.1±0.1 mag in the R band.
