This transient was observed on 2019 01 16.95969 by Massimo Caimmi from C92 - Valdicerro Observatory, Loreto (AN) Italy using 0.24-m f/6.5 SCT + CCD Atik 314L in the course of Italian Supernovae Search Project (ISSP). Stack of 100 unfiltered b2x2 frames x 30sec unguided exposures, show the source at 13.7 Mag. End figures for astrometry were AR. 12.08s DEC. 51.1" position measured from UCAC-4 reference stars catalogue, but not perfect due high turbolence.
