Potential host galaxy: SDSS J091423.85+493533.4

Remarks: This possible supernova was discovered by the 0.6 m schmidt telescope at Xinglong Observatory during the Tsinghua-NAOC Transient Survey (TNTS). The transient is located 0" east and 0" north of the center of SDSS J091423.85+493533.4
