Discovery date: 2018-11-13 14:24:00 (JD=2458436.1)

Potential host galaxy: UGC 00913
Host redshift: 0.017

Remarks: This possible supernova was discovered by the 0.6 m schmidt telescope at Xinglong Observatory during the Tsinghua-NAOC Transient Survey (TNTS). The transient is located 3" west and 0" north of the center of UGC 00913.
