Coordinates (J2000): RA = 06:51:20.470 (102.835292) DEC = +45:38:41.10 (45.64475)
Discovery date: 2018-12-06 15:15:17 (JD=2458459.1356134)

Potential host galaxy: 2MASX J06512361+4538445

Remarks: This possible supernova was discovered by the 0.6 m Schmidt telescope at Xinglong Observatory during the Tsinghua-NAOC Transient Survey (TNTS). The transient is located 33.2" west and 4" south of the center of 2MASX J06512361+4538445.
