Discovery date: 2018-12-07 13:10:11.000 (JD=2458460.0487384)

Potential host galaxy: UGC 1206
Host redshift: 0.028156

Remarks: This possible supernova was discovered by the 0.6 m Schmidt telescope at Xinglong Observatory during the Tsinghua-NAOC Transient Survey (TNTS). The transient is located 1.7" west and 1" north of the center of UGC 1206.
