Broad, shallow emission line with a peak at 6638 Angs. If we assume this transient is at the host redshift of v=5248 km/s or z=0.017505, then this is likely to be H-alpha but is blue shifted from rest by 1700 km/s. This is often observed in early type II spectra (Anderson et al. 2014,MNRAS,441,671). The width of the line is 13,000 km/s and the blackbody temperature is around 12000K. This is very likely a young type II SN.
