Potential host galaxy: UGC 05049
Host redshift: 0.009

Remarks: This possible supernova was discovered by the 0.6 m schmidt telescope at Xinglong Observatory during the Tsinghua-NAOC Transient Survey (TNTS). The transient is located 3" west and 2" south of the center of UGC 05049
