Potential host galaxy: 2MASX J12355276+3126035
Host redshift: 0.08

Remarks: This possible supernova was discovered by the 0.6 m schmidt telescope at Xinglong Observatory during the Tsinghua-NAOC Transient Survey (TNTS). The transient is located 3" east and 3" south of the center of 2MASX J12355276+3126035
