Potential host galaxy: SDSS J125606.27+320314.6

Remarks: This possible supernova was discovered by the 0.6 m schmidt telescope at Xinglong Observatory during the Tsinghua-NAOC Transient Survey (TNTS). The transient is located 0" west and 1" south of the center of SDSS J125606.27+320314.6
