Discovery date: 2019-03-12 16:26:20.000 (JD=2458555.1849537)

Potential host galaxy: IC 4045
Host redshift: 0.023149

Remarks: This possible supernova was discovered by the 0.6 m Schmidt telescope at Xinglong Observatory during the Tsinghua-NAOC Transient Survey (TNTS). The transient is located 3.6" west and 0.4" south of the center of IC 4045.
