Potential host galaxy: 2MASX J12354426+1605364

Remarks: This possible supernova was discovered by the 0.6 m Schmidt telescope at Xinglong Observatory during the Tsinghua-NAOC Transient Survey (TNTS). The transient is located 2" east and 0" north of the center of 2MASX J12354426+1605364
