Type: SN IInRedshift: 0.005891
Remarks: The narrow H emission lines at the host redshift (z= 0.005891; 2004AJ….128…16K, via NED) and the V-band absolute magnitude of -16 at 2019-05-09 10:52:10 UT suggest a Type IIn, which is in agreement with Uddin et al. (ATel #12736).
